City Works Restaurant & Pour House

Rycon was awarded a CM/GMP contract to build out this high-end restaurant located in the new 300,000 SF retail development at CityPlace; a new entertainment and lifestyle center featuring over 30 bars and restaurants. Located 12 miles northwest of Miami, this is the fifth City Works location. The nearly 9,000 sq. ft. modern American cuisine restaurant seats 217 inside and 64 on the patio as well as a large bar.
