Kura Revolving Sushi Bar – 5 Projects

Rycon completed multiple tenant fit-outs for revolving sushi bars, ranging from 3,300 to 4,000 sf, each featuring handmade sushi delivered via a conveyor belt. The scope of work across these projects included selective demolition, new partitions, ADA-compliant restrooms, commercial kitchens with equipment and hoods, ANSUL fire suppression systems, HVAC systems with ductwork and diffusers, finishes, fixtures, and glass storefronts. Structural modifications on one location included suspended mechanical units and exhaust hoods, a transformer platform, and a pre-engineered finish ceiling system. Rycon’s Craftworks USA fabricated custom architectural woodwork for select locations.
