Rycon completed renovations of an existing 8,400 sq. ft. tenant space to house new medical offices. The scope of work included demolition, interior build-out, and reconfiguration of the MEP systems. The space holds nine exam rooms, procedure rooms, offices, a conference room, break room, lab, storage, and reception area.
