Cannabis Dispensary – Peoria Heights

A vacant building was converted into a new 2,600 sq. ft. cannabis dispensary for a well-known brand. The scope of work included selective demolition, new partitions, ceilings, finishes, casework, lighting, MEP, and HVAC. Exterior work included window infill to match existing brick, paint, and fascia repair. A vibrant blue design and reflective ceiling is used to showcase a secure welcome area, sales floor, vault, and back-of-house break room, storage, and office.
