This 3,500 sq. ft. car wash structure is made up of concrete foundations, masonry walls, concrete slab-on-grade, precast concrete plank, masonry facade, curtainwall/storefront systems, exterior Nichiha panels, and overhead doors. Interior work consisted of wall protection/waterproof panels, offices, restrooms, drywall, doors/frames/hardware, HVAC mini-split unit, MEP, and lighting. Rycon coordinated the installation of the Owner’s car wash equipment vendor for delivery, installation, testing, and final plumbing/hook-ups. The scope included a large site work package and Highway Occupancy Permits (HOP).
