Extra Space Storage – Fayetteville

This new 95,000 sq. ft. three-story storage facility holds 759 climate-controlled units ranging in size from 5’x5’ up to 10’x30’ each. The structure is made up of concrete foundations, masonry and EIFS facade, and 10’ x 10’ structural steel framing. The scope included full site development and underground utilities of 2.153 acres, with an underground detention pond.
