University of Pennsylvania Tanenbaum Hall Journal Suite

Rycon was awarded a 6,300 sq. ft. fast-track renovation of the Tanenbaum Hall Journal Suite within the Penn Carey Law School. Work included selective demolition, MEP and fire protection upgrades, new finishes, acoustic ceiling tile with wood accents, and interior wood and glass storefronts. The space holds six journal offices, group work room, lounge, huddle spaces, kitchen, and two large conference rooms. The project also included air distribution upgrades to journal spaces within the Law Building Silverman Hall.
