Under a lump sum contract, Rycon handled the conversion of a former 83,000 sq. ft. Kmart into three new tenant spaces – HomeGoods, T.J. Maxx, and Five Below. The scope consisted of demolition and facade work as well as site, exterior, and interior improvements. Construction also included the 8,000 sq. ft. interior build-out of Five Below.
