Rycon was responsible for the conversion of numerous former retail spaces into new Burlington locations throughout the East Coast. At an average size of 40,000 sq. ft., these multi-million projects primarily consisted of interior demolition, new storefront entries, loading docks, MEP system upgrades, new elevators and escalators, interior partitions, installation of AHUs, and finishes. Some of the work also included core/shell reconfiguration, site utilities, landscaping, new roof, and parking lot upgrades.
