Golden Gate Plaza Façade Improvements

Rycon provided preconstruction and construction management services to rejuvenate this retail plaza to a more contemporary look. Major tenants included Marshalls, Ohio Savings Bank, Fresh Thyme Grocery, and Lane Bryant. The project won NAIOP’s Retail Exterior Renovation Project of the Year. Site work entailed reworking the entrances of the shopping center for a building pad for Chick-fil-A as well as site modifications with new landscaping.
