Washington & Jefferson President’s Row

This complex renovation consisted of interior and exterior upgrades at three dorms (Jefferson, Harrison, and Lincoln Halls) that are part of a block of ten identical residence halls called President’s Row. Each three-story building is block and plank with brick facades and holds approximately 18 bedrooms. The interior scope included new paint, doors, windows, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems while exterior work consisted of installation of a new canopy along with cement siding at select locations. A new rooftop DOAS unit provides building supply and exhaust air while split systems in each unit provides the heating and cooling. A new fire main and pump was installed and sprinkler systems added to all three buildings.
