Rycon was the CM on this new five-story 448,000 sq. ft. Class A residential mixed-use complex. Residents of the 319-unit luxury apartments can enjoy a club room, game room, fitness center with yoga room, e-lounge, three courtyards, outdoor pool, and recreational common areas. The scope of work also included a 335-space indoor podium garage. Work entailed land remediation which consisted of exporting 35,000 cubic yards of regulated Act 2 soil. The project features numerous sustainable building features and is National Green Building Standard (NGBS) Certified. Glasshouse also counts as a transit-oriented development since it has access to a light rail station, and it is near a walking/biking trail.
