Rycon built this new 20-unit luxury townhome complex located in the Detroit-Shoreway neighborhood. Features include a high-end, modern design, picture windows, riser stairs with wood slat walls, ceramic tile backsplashes and flooring, high-end cabinetry with modern hardware, granite countertops, and rooftop terraces overlooking downtown Cleveland. The exterior skin consists of ribbed metal siding, brick veneer, and stained cedar.
