A giant 135,000 sq. ft. furniture store was completely remodeled while it remained operational, presenting logistical challenges for the Rycon team to maintain production yet upkeep the store for client traffic. The scope of work included a reroof, new entrance, new MEPs, and all new interiors. Rycon was also awarded a contract to expand a warehouse for one of the nation’s top furniture retailers at their Palmetto location. The 10,000 sq. ft. concrete masonry unit (CMU) structure included eight new loading dock bays.
