E-Commerce Distribution Center Grantsville

This new 58,500 sf single-story structure was constructed with concrete footings, a concrete slab, and precast concrete wall panels, with rammed aggregate piers used for ground improvements. The last-mile warehouse features a drive-through van loading canopy, support offices, break room, and training room. The warehouse has eight (8) loading dock doors, three (3) high-speed fabric doors, and three (3) overhead coiling doors. Sustainable features include all-electric water heaters and HVAC, white TPO roof, low VOC insulation, occupancy sensor lighting, diversion of construction waste, and native drought-tolerant landscaping. Site work on the 15-acre plot included two large parking lots, three separate entrances for staff, delivery vans, and delivery trucks.
