This 3,100 sf project took place on a portion of Level 1 within an occupied office building. The renovation included selective demolition, installation of new partitions, floor finishes and ceilings, custom millwork, MEP upgrades, and fire alarm improvements. The space features an open work area, private offices, a meeting room, conference room, pantry, and a product showcase area. Rycon’s in-house Craftworks USA fabricated a custom veneer showcase, stone countertops, plastic laminate cabinets, and decorative paneling in the conference room.
