Century Federal Credit Union Westlake

This 1,400 sf renovation included selective demolition and installation of new MEP underslab piping, wall framing, interior aluminum storefront, MEP rough-ins and finishes, insulation, drywall, paint, flooring, and ceiling tile. The space features an ATM vestibule, customer zone, manager’s office, open office area, break room, janitor’s closet, and restrooms. Rycon’s in-house Craftworks USA fabricated a custom concierge desk featuring plastic laminate die wall construction, a plastic laminate base cabinet, and a solid surface countertop. The custom mural wall incorporated maple wood slats with black metal reveals and maple trim, along with plastic laminate cubbies and solid surface tops. A powder-coated metal privacy screen was installed, and a teller desk was constructed using plastic laminate, black reveals, die wall elements, and solid surface work surfaces. The vestibule ATM area and breakroom also received custom plastic laminate cabinetry with solid surface countertops.
