Dominion Energy

Rycon was responsible for numerous Dominion Energy projects including a new PEMB warehouse and upgrades at multiple satellite operation centers. The new pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) warehouse was constructed next to Dominion’s main office. The scope included the demolition of an existing warehouse. New work consisted of concrete foundations with masonry knee walls for the new structure to sit on. The satellite operation centers received upgrades including roof replacements, new lighting, epoxy flooring, windows, and metal siding. Work also included a prefab drum storage building, a new CMU block drum storage building, well building modifications, and demolition of existing structures.
