VF Acquisitions Multi-Tenant Warehouse Buildings A & B

This project consisted of two 64,000 sq. ft. front load industrial warehouses placed parallel to one another with parking and loading docks in between the structures. The warehouses are 32’ clear tilt-wall concrete with joist roof deck. Each warehouse holds six (6) bays with a 2,000 sq. ft. spec office in each bay. The work is being completed on an aggressive, fast-track schedule of eight (8) months.
