Saddle Creek Logistics/Lubrizol Facility Upgrades

Mid-America Management Corp. selected Rycon to complete exterior upgrades at this existing 243,000 sq. ft. distribution center which holds offices, a high hazard area, and a large warehouse. The scope of work included the replacement of 16 loading dock doors, new dock seals/pads, new safety gates, new interior/exterior occupancy sensor/lights, and the creation of appropriately sized new or retrofitted dock levelers and leveler pits. Rycon was also responsible for supplying two new trash compactors, replacing all exterior man doors, installation of window film on all grade level windows, and the removal and replacement of joint caulking for precast tilt-wall concrete panel joists. Security work consisted of a new entry gate with closed circuit camera and intercom tied to the office.
