Dentistry for Kids & Add’l Tenant Shell Space

Rycon provided preconstruction and construction management services for this new pediatric dental office and additional tenant shell space totaling 11,300 sq. ft. The exterior scope included an asphalt parking lot with site grading, entrance and building signage, dumpster pad, windows/storefront, exterior canopies, TPO roofing, RTUs, and HardiePanel vertical siding. The interior scope included full MEP systems, LVT/carpet/CT flooring, wood trellises/casework, dental exam rooms, waiting/reception area, X-ray, and offices.
