Rycon was awarded this 15,000 sq. ft. partial renovation of the top floor within the 2000 Market Street high-rise. The project schedule was broken into three phases to minimize disruption. Phase 1 work was conducted during regular hours, while Phases 2 and 3 were completed off hours. The upgrades included new open office areas, elevator lobby with new tile and lighting, staff dining/kitchen, multiple meeting and conference rooms, reception area, and copy room. All MEP work was being performed under a Design-Build format.
