Rycon was selected to complete Phase II of this new luxury 92-townhome community after the original general contractor was terminated. The scope of work included finalizing the construction of four new wood frame buildings holding 24 townhomes ranging in size from 1,600 sq. ft. to 2,900 sq. ft. Rycon was challenged with taking over the project when the buildings were in various stages ranging from 20% complete to 85% complete. Each unit has its own private rooftop terrace. The work was turned over in phases to allow for faster occupancy.
