Cannabis Dispensary – Pontoon Beach

A vacant retail building was converted into a new cannabis dispensary for a well-known brand. The scope of work included selective demolition, new walls, partitions, ceilings, finishes, HVAC system, and MEP upgrades. A vibrant blue design is showcased within the hexagon-shaped floor plan. The dispensary/sales area is located in the center of the space and is surrounded by back-of-house areas including a vault, fulfillment, break room, restrooms, storage, and office.
