Cannabis Dispensary – Lynchburg

An existing 4,900 sq. ft. restaurant was transformed into a new cannabis dispensary. The scope of work consisted of demolition, new partitions, ceilings, finishes, lighting, mechanical, and plumbing. Exterior work included new roof, concrete, storefront entry replacement, block walls for interior additions, generator, bollards, paint, and signage. The space holds a secure entry vestibule, large sales area, consult room, receiving room, fulfillment area, storage, security rooms, and staff break room.
