Samford University Beeson Fellowship Hall

Fellowship Hall, located on the 2nd floor of Beeson University Center, received a 30,000 sq. ft. renovation of the front and back-of-house. The team utilized an aggressive fast-track schedule, impressively completing the project over the summer break in 104 days. Demolition was completed in 14 days working 24 hours/day. Construction man-hours averaged (50) eight-hour shifts/day. The area received new food service equipment, exhaust hoods, millwork, furniture, and finishes. A variety of eateries are scattered throughout the dining facility with seating intermixed. Venues include True Balance, Vulcan Grill, Wise & Well, Southern Crafted, and Global Kitchen Pizza.
