On the adjacent lot of a current Ford Dealership, Rycon constructed a new showroom for Lincoln holding a service reception area, open offices, lounge, and workstations. The structure is made up of structural steel and concrete masonry units (CMU). Site work mainly consisted of storm/sanitary/domestic water and asphalt paving/striping.
