Cannabis Dispensary – New Port Richey

This 3,500 sq. ft. interior renovation was completed to hold a new medical marijuana dispensary. The scope of work was primarily inclusive of selective demolition, new partitions, ceilings, finishes, lighting, mechanical, and plumbing. Exterior work included new tempered glass and paint. The space holds a security entry vestibule, sales floor, fulfillment, vault, consulting area, and “roll-thru” service.
