This 11,300 sq. ft. basketball-focused fitness club is equipped with four (4) basketball courts (one full-size and three half-size), a dedicated weight and cardio room for fitness, and industrial lockers. The scope of work includes saw cut concrete for the new sanitary lines, pour back concrete, MEP and HVAC system upgrades, installation of toilets, sinks, accessories, drinking fountains, gym lighting, demising wall, ceramic tile, hollow metal doors, plastic laminate doors, hardware, and repair of acoustical ceiling.
