AHN Bethel Park Pavilion Ambulatory Surgery Center

This new two-story state-of-the-art surgery center included site development to accommodate parking and storm water measures. The 37,000 sq. ft. addition included a 18,000 sq. ft. surgery center with three operating rooms and two gastrointestinal procedure rooms. It also houses a medical oncology suite, family practice suite, and physician’s offices. Rycon obtained 40% MBE/WBE/SBE participation. The fast-track project featured a H-Pile Lag Wall technique to save time, cost, and prevent disruption to the main through-way.
