Rycon was awarded the general trades contract to complete this three-phased renovation, demolition, and new construction of an existing high school and middle school while the facility remained occupied. The scope of work consisted of the following:
- Music hall, performing arts, theatre renovations – Renovation of existing spaces to refurbish and upgrade the auditorium, construct new spaces within the existing structure for choral/instrumental rehearsal spaces, and a dance studio.
- Swimming pool and locker room renovations – Renovation of existing pool building, install new locker rooms in the dance studio.
- New construction – Four-story academic tower, three-story atrium space, and a technical education/art wing.
