301 Flats Garden-Style Apartment Community

Rycon was awarded a GMP contract to build new garden-style multi-family apartments for one of the nation’s fastest-growing developers of affordable housing for low-income individuals. The community will encompass 13 separate three-story wood-framed structures over post-tension concrete slab. Each building will be approximately 25,000 sq. ft. A total of 324 units with options of one-to four-bedrooms will be available. Surface parking will hold 530 spaces. The amenities will include two 6,000 sq. ft. centralized commons buildings which will surround an L-shaped pool. Building A will hold the leasing office and lobby, a 1,100 sq. ft. clubroom, 550 sq. ft. cafe/kitchen, and two covered patios. Building B will feature a fitness center, yoga studio, laundry facilities, and pool showers.
