Cannabis Dispensary – Somerset

A vacant commercial space just over 7,000 sq. ft. was transformed into a medical cannabis dispensary for a national medical marijuana company. The space consists of a secure check-in area, sales area, point of sale station, 1,500 sq. ft. vault/order fulfillment room, conference rooms, break rooms, offices, and restrooms. The scope of work included selective demolition and new framing, HVAC, entrenched electrical, lighting, plumbing fixtures, display fixtures, and casework. New finishes consisted of floor tile, wall tile, and luxury vinyl tile.
