Rycon provided preconstruction and construction management services on this new four-story urban flex office building. The work included a 26,500 sq. ft. garage, surface parking, and multiple high-end tenant fit-outs including Bosch Technology Center and Honeywell Labs. The core/shell received LEED Gold Certification.
