Magnolia Mall Renovations

PREIT selected Rycon twice over a span of 10 years to reconstruct several areas of Magnolia Mall. The first large renovation included new entrances, upgrading the entire atmosphere throughout the inside of the 612,000 sq. ft. mall with new ceilings, painted walls, new ceramic tile flooring, carpeting, light fixtures, and two skylights as well as the completion of a new Dick’s Sporting Goods. The most recent project was a conversion of a former Sears into a new Burlington, HomeGoods, and Five Below plus additional spaces for Lux Spa, Royal Jewelers, and Suite 1024.
