Rycon was selected by Oxford to act as construction manager on this new three-story Class A flex office building. Rycon’s Pittsburgh office is the anchor tenant and two other tenants occupy the remaining spaces. Custom high-end architectural millwork fabricated and installed by Rycon’s Casework & Millwork Division is showcased throughout the building. The project also included a 18,000 sq. ft. garage as well as surface parking. The core/shell received LEED Silver Certification.
