Rycon provided both preconstruction and construction management services on this new seven-story, 127-unit, luxury apartment building. The scope of work included 31 micro-studios/micro-suites, a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom units, 6,000 sq. ft. of street-level retail space, a two-level below-grade parking garage, a fitness center, and a roof level observatory lounge. The structure was designed to achieve a LEED Gold rating.
