Rycon provided preconstruction and construction management services on this new, six-story, 136-unit extended stay hotel which included a large terrace with an abundant amount of seating. Amenities within the 132,000 sq. ft. structure include a large indoor pool, a 60-space street-level parking garage with space for 40 bicycles, bar/kitchen area, and fitness center. Post-tension slab as well as an exterior panelized system were both innovative techniques used during construction. Rycon’s Casework & Millwork Division produced and installed custom architectural millwork throughout the common areas. The hotel achieved LEED Certification.
