IBEW Local Union 22 Dormitory & RV Parking

This 5,000 sf ground-up structure is comprised of concrete footers, a concrete slab, CMU walls, a metal roof, and a stucco exterior finish with associated MEPs. This facility functions as a dormitory to provide union members with accommodations during hurricane emergency repair efforts and also serves as a lineman training facility. The interior features two sleeping quarters with a total of 32 beds, a laundry room, men’s and women’s locker rooms with showers, a single-bedroom unit with an attached bath, and a shared kitchen/lounge. Site work included grading, utilities, and paving along with nine (9) RV 10’x20’ concrete parking pads for temporary use during emergency and education events.
