The Shoppes at North Miami

Rycon provided construction services under a lump sum contract to redevelop a former Kmart info four (4) new tenant spaces: Burlington, Michaels, Ross Dress for Less, and dd’s DISCOUNTS. The scope of work included a partial demolition of Kmart and utilizing the existing shell for the new tenants, site utility work, landscaping, new roof, and parking lot upgrades. The second stage of the project consisted of a 5,200 sf addition and 41,000 sf fit-out of Burlington.
