DEA Pittsburgh District

This new office complex was delivered to the Owner on a Design-Build method. The DEA occupies the building as a single user tenant. Rycon was successfully awarded the Design-Build contract through the federal governmental procurement process as overseen by GSA. This building includes the government’s most sophisticated data storage, networking capabilities, IT, and security systems along with a secure parking garage, meeting areas, and more. Security was a mandate of the design program and as such an anti-climb, steel fence with CCTV’s and a robust security system encompass the entire site. The structure achieved LEED Certification.
