Rycon was selected to complete 10 luxury condos located within downtown Pittsburgh’s 3 PNC Plaza. The residences feature high-end custom materials throughout each space designed to accommodate the owner’s tastes such as exquisite marble, wood floors and moldings. One included a 12,600 sq. ft. suite that occupies 2 1/3 floors. These condos average two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Rycon was also responsible for installing the radiant heat panels and the fit-out of the high-end lobby area which included environmentally friendly hardwood floors, lush wool carpeting and rich travertine/marble.
