Fresenius Medical Care – Fresenius Kidney Care (FKC) – Winter Haven

Rycon was awarded a lump sum contract to build a new core/shell with interior fit-out of a dialysis center in central Florida. The project consisted of a 10,000 sq. ft. one-story brick building with wood trusses with associated site work and underground utilities. The interior holds (12) stations and one separation room, a clinic manager’s office, an exam room, four (4) home training areas, two (2) transitional care stations, and other support offices.
