YKK-AP Technologies Lab at Mill 19

Rycon completed this 7,500 sq. ft. tenant improvement project for a research and development company on the third level at the Mill 19 innovation hub. Dedicated lab areas and a large bay space was created for experiments of robotics and aerial vehicles specifically for construction job sites. The space also features a business showroom, control room, conference room, storage, kitchen/pantry, entry, and offices.
