This design-build project consisted of adding four floors on top of an existing two-story building that remained occupied throughout construction. The new space allows Westmoreland County Economic Development groups and agencies to reside in one location. The building has several sustainable features including energy efficient mechanical systems, locally provided building materials, as well as site selection minimizing any additional disturbance to green areas.
