University of North Georgia Residential Dining Renovation

This fast-track project consisted of a 12,100 sq. ft. renovation of the existing residential dining hall on the main campus of this senior military college. The front-of-house scope of work included light demolition, new finishes, new counters, new equipment, new furniture, updating food platforms, MEP, and life safety improvements. Limited work was done on walls, ceilings, HVAC, and lighting. Rycon provided design-assist, cost assessments, and constructability analysis beginning with the commencement of the Design Development phase continuing through construction/warranty closeout.
