The Savoy at 301 Senior Living

Rycon was awarded a GMP contract to build a new senior living facility for one of the nation’s fastest-growing developers of affordable housing for low-income individuals. The 258,400 sq. ft. four-story complex will consist of a wood-framed structure over post-tension concrete slab. Associated site work will include surface parking. One, two, and three-bedroom options will be available within a total of 248 units. Amenities will include in-suite laundry, a two-story clubhouse, large crafts room, balconies, and fitness center.
