The Maxwell Mixed-Use Development

As the construction manager, Rycon handled the site work package as well as the core/shell construction of four new mixed-use buildings totaling 47,000 sq. ft. to be comprised of restaurants, retail, and office. This high-profile project located alongside the city’s South Main Street features amenities such as green space, horseshoe pits, “Alpha Loop” (paved trail), event space, and a walkable and bike-able pet-friendly community.
