Sunrise of McCandless Senior Living Expansion

This 22,000 sq. ft. four-story expansion of a resident-focused senior living facility consists of 24 resident units, a separate addition for the existing kitchen, and expansion of the existing first floor dining. The addition is structural steel frames with concrete slab, cold formed metal framed walls and roof trusses, fiber cement siding, vinyl windows, asphalt shingles, and TPO roofing. The scope of work also included interior renovations of an existing kitchen with food service equipment.
