StorPlace Honey Farm

This project included the construction of four ground-up buildings inclusive of a 78,000 sq. ft. three-story self-storage building, a 12,000 sq. ft. single-story self-storage building, and another 5,200 sq. ft. single-story self-storage building, and a 1,400 sq. ft. single-story office building. The scope included site work, site/building concrete, load bearing systems, cold-formed framing, CMU, structural steel, metal cladding, metal framing, drywall, and associated HVAC/MEP systems. A total of 540 lockers is spread throughout the buildings.
